I recently brought my ‘18 BRZ in for an oil change and a knocking noise when turning. Check-in was quick and easy, the service reps were very helpful and knowledgeable about all things Subaru, and my service/inspection was speedy as well. Jamie, the service rep I had, is super friendly and easy to work with. I’m not a car guy or very mechanically inclined, but she made it easy to understand. She also pointed out my bumper sag and gave me some advice on fixing it, even though the car wasn’t being seen for that. Oil change went smooth and the tech found the knocking issue with no problem. He also pointed out that my brakes were installed incorrectly by the dealership I purchased the car from. I’m confident that when I return to have these problems fixed, it will be done competently. I can’t speak on Toyota, but if you have a Subaru I would highly recommend these guys to take care of ya.

I had a great experience with AWD Auto. We first took our 2006 Subaru to a dealership who charged $250 to inspect and find an oil leak. Their quote was significant involving a full engine removal. AWD Auto did a complementary inspection to confirm and found that the dealership got it wrong potentially needlessly costing us thousands. AWD service fixed the issue and we were able to focus on fixing the real issues that needed our attention. Ryan provided excellent customer service with explanation and valuable recommendations where to focus our maintenance today while planning further maintenance down the road. I highly recommend taking your Subaru to AWD to let the experts help you out.

I tried installing an axel-back muffler delete on my 2016 Subaru WRX and failed miserably due to rusty bolts. Thankfully AWD Auto was able to install them for me within a few hours. They're definitely efficient, communicative and have reasonable pricing given the situation. I highly recommend this shop!

AWD is the only shop I trust to work on my WRX! Duane, Jamie and Joe are real ones. They walked me through all options when I was faced with a blown head gasket back in December. I felt very informed throughout the entire repair process. Their techs documented everything and sent me detailed results of the inspection, including photos. They even noted which repairs were "must-haves" vs "optional/advised". They listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions during a very stressful time. Once the work was complete, Joe gave me tips on what to watch for and how to drive while the repairs settled in. Fast forward 6 months and my car has been running great! I've been back twice for oil changes since December and I couldn't be happier with the attention to detail and the genuine care for my Subaru.
