Very honest folks. I went for alignment after I installed new tires, they spend good amount of time and then eventually told me that car is actually good and doesn't need alignment. Didn't charge me anything for that. I really like when people are really honest. Thanks Rayan.

I took my Subaru here for the first time recently and had a great experience, which is not the case for all shops. The people working here really know their stuff and I felt like my car was in good, reliable hands. The oil change and general inspection was about $100, which felt reasonable to me. I will definitely bring my Subaru back here for regular oil changes and maintenance. I strongly recommend All Wheel Drive Auto in Bothell, especially for women who are used to being talked down to or taken advantage of at other shops. Also, shoutout to the wonderful people at the front desk who were so friendly. I'll be back!

I recently brought my ‘18 BRZ in for an oil change and a knocking noise when turning. Check-in was quick and easy, the service reps were very helpful and knowledgeable about all things Subaru, and my service/inspection was speedy as well. Jamie, the service rep I had, is super friendly and easy to work with. I’m not a car guy or very mechanically inclined, but she made it easy to understand. She also pointed out my bumper sag and gave me some advice on fixing it, even though the car wasn’t being seen for that. Oil change went smooth and the tech found the knocking issue with no problem. He also pointed out that my brakes were installed incorrectly by the dealership I purchased the car from. I’m confident that when I return to have these problems fixed, it will be done competently. I can’t speak on Toyota, but if you have a Subaru I would highly recommend these guys to take care of ya.

Took both of my vehicles in for some work. During the inspection one had more items that needed attention- no pressure but I decided to do the work to save hassles later on. Took a little longer but i had a loaner vehicle and was kept informed of progress. That car drives much much better now, even my wife commented how much better it drives. The other vehicle they inspected and verified that the brakes were not sticking/rubbing which was my concern. Car drives fine now, so no expensive repairs. The service was honest, the staff friendly and communicated well keeping me updated. Even though a repair took a little longer the free loaner meant that i wasnt impacted by the delay. They are my go to repair shop for my cars.

This is my first time taking my car into this location (I typically go to the Kirkland AWD but (happy) accidentally scheduled for this location). The team here is fantastic. They are communicative, reliable, and fast. Not many places left where you have people who care about doing a good job and taking care of a customer beyond the basics rather than just the bottom line. These people hit all the marks and continue to support their strong reputation in the area.
